BTP Helpdesk is the path for our partners to open up help tickets in our system. We offer several ways to open tickets. The Helpdesk software tracks all ticket and activity an all accounts for monthly reporting. Different ways to initiate a Help Ticket.
1. Call us at 830-515-4565 and talk to a helpdesk rep during business hours or leave a message.
2. Click on the “Open a Busines Tech Pros Ticket” up top.
3. Email: help@businesstechpros.com Remote support request will open a ticket on an issue that is not critical. When your issue is resolved you will be notified via email.
